[edit] Identifier Mapping Availability
A comprehensive list of goldstamp /PIDs for bacteria, archaea, metagenomes and eukaryotes can be found on the GOLD website - just right click on 'save all data' to download the relevant columns of information in spreadsheet format.
http://www.genomesonline.org/DBs/goldtable.txt
- goldstamps *
- Internal Id's for all GOLD genomes (bacteria, archaea, eukarya and metagenomes)
- goldstamps mapped to NCBI's PIDs *
- Links to INSDC Genome Project Identifiers (PIDs)
- goldstamps mapped to GCat identifiers*
- GOLD is now auto-assigning GCat id's on behalf of the GSC's Genome Catalogue. A complete set for all the taxa covered by GOLD is now available for further curation.
- goldstamps mapped to IMG identifiers - as of May, 2007, these will be obtained directly from the IMG (see below)
- goldstamps mapped to greengenes (16S) identifiers
- planned inclusion of goldstamp mapping to PUMA identifiers
