• Personal contacts with the broader community to bring additional people into the working groups, and plan mtgs (now to Oct 6)

• Early days webform (at a minimum, just with taxonomic categories) and ability for community to provide feedback; post Cases studies (now to Oct 6)

• Check list revision 0.6 based on workshop (now to Oct 6)

• Sort out minimal members of working groups (Oct 6 to Oct 15)

• Working groups to start helping us populate the forms (Oct 15 onward)

• Evaluation of checklist 0.6 by working groups (Oct 15 to Nov 15)

• Checklist 0.7 onto web (Nov 15)

• Evaluation of checklist 0.7 by working groups (Nov 15 to Dec 15)

• Start to draft position paper for publication (Oct 6 to Jan 30)

• Submit publication (Jan 30)

• Report for Collaborators meeting prepared (Jan 30)

• Collaborators meeting (May)
