TG: Dawn sends apologies - will be in contact shortly about RCN meeting
JC: interested in using GRS in RDP (Ribosomal Database Project II) - to link out to various resources online - would like to look at how to resolve identifiers
TG: GRS web service provides description of identifier resolution http://darwin.nox.ac.uk/gsc/gcat/services/v1/RosettaStone
TG: resolution to HTML - at the moment, this is desribed as 'other' in identifier resolution description - need to change to be specific e.g. http-html
JC: yes, agree that is a good idea
JC: in near future, data from RDP will be available by specifying an NCBI PID
TG: would like to include this in the genome report mashup when available
TG: described web services and mashup functions in GCat
Actions:
TG create new version of GRS web service - change other resolution to http-html
TG to work with JC and group to define their requirements for GCat web services, either during or after GSC workshop
JC to inform TG when RDF project data can be retrieved using an NCBI PID - TG to incorporate into genome mashup
